Transforming brownfield sites into vibrant spaces for everyone
This major regeneration project aims to bring disused and underused sites in Newton Abbot town centre back to life, creating new homes, community and leisure facilities, green spaces, and places for people to enjoy.

Working with Newton Abbot Town Council and other partners, we are developing a Town Centre Masterplan that will set out a shared vision for the future of Newton Abbot. Local voices are at the heart of this project, and the feedback we receive will help shape the next steps.
This project builds on earlier studies and improvements, including the Market Hall redevelopment, which have helped make the town centre a better place to live, work and visit.
