Survey now closed: Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their views. We received over 800 responses, which will help shape our next steps. We're now reviewing the feedback and will share an update on what we heard and what happens next shortly.
Teignbridge District Council is planning improvements to some of the play parks it owns across the district.
We want to create better parks for children, young people and families to play in, and safe, welcoming and accessible places that everyone can enjoy.
This project includes 37 of the play parks that we own in the district that need improving over the next 5 years. To help decide where funding is needed most, we will look at the condition of the equipment, how many people have easy access to the park, local needs, and whether there are other play areas nearby.
Funding for the project will come from money paid by developers to be used for local infrastructure such as play parks, open space, and recreation.

You do not have to answer questions about every park. Just tell us about the parks you know or use. Every response will help us make better decisions.
