Exminster Neighbourhood Plan
Have your say on the future of Exminster
Residents, businesses and community organisations are being invited to comment on the final draft of the Exminster Neighbourhood Development Plan 2020-2040.
The plan has been developed by the Exminster Neighbourhood Development Plan Working Party and shaped by extensive community engagement since the review process began in summer 2023. The vision, priorities and policies within the plan reflect feedback gathered from local residents, businesses, stakeholders and community groups through surveys, consultations and public events.
Now, before the plan is considered by an independent examiner, there is one final opportunity to have your say.
A six-week consultation will run from 12 noon on 30 September until 12 noon on 11 November 2026.
Shaping Exminster's future
The Neighbourhood Development Plan sets out a shared vision for Exminster and will help guide development in the parish over the next decade. Together with the Teignbridge Local Plan 2020-2040, it will be used to help determine planning applications in the area.
Whether you're a resident, business owner, landowner or community organisation, your feedback will help ensure the final plan reflects local priorities before it moves to examination.
